Aari Training Registrations (Non‑Refundable)
- Registration fees are non‑refundable under all circumstances.
- The remaining course fee must be fully paid at least 4 days before your batch start date.
- Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your registration or rescheduling at our discretion. The registration fee remains non‑refundable.
- Once the full course fee is paid and training materials are dispatched, the training fee becomes non‑refundable.
Aari Work Materials – Replacement Only (No Refunds)
- For online sales of Aari work materials (threads, beads, tools, etc.), we offer replacement only. No monetary refunds are provided.
- Replacement is applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items only.
- Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with unboxing photos/videos (where applicable).
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact.
- We may request the item to be returned for inspection before approving a replacement.
How to Report an Issue / Request Replacement
Please email support@arikamart.shop with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos/videos (unboxing where possible). Our team will verify and coordinate the replacement process.
